My Life Being Renewed: Go After Your Dreams!

Go After Your Dreams!

December 12, 2012

Hi Lovelies,
Guess what I did the past weekend- I re-learned how to crochet again!! I haven't crocheted anything in almost 15 years- it was so easy to pick back up. Although, honestly I have only done the simple crochet, but I plan on moving on to more complicated patterns soon. This particular scarf that I am wearing is up for sale in my Etsy Shop and I will have more to come soon! If you want an infinity scarf in a particular color, let me know and I can make you one- I am selling them for very reasonable prices.

This makes for two items that I have marked off my bucket list in the past month- first my Etsy Shop {I sold my first item last week!} and now crocheting! It feels great to finally accomplish things that I have dreamed about doing forever. I have a couple more goals that I am working on as well- losing the last few lbs and also growing my nails.

What are some goals that you want to accomplish and are working towards?

  8. Great scarf. I love the color! I just took up crocheting last year around Christmas. I've only made a scarf and a baby blanket for my nephew. But, I have ambitions of doing more this year. I think an afghan will be my next project.
    Thanks for stopping by!

  11. Hi Melinda! Just wanna say PROPS to you for opening up a store on Etsy, especially if it was your dream!
I made a post recently called "Dreamer" where I talked about my desire to start a blog for so long (I know, small dream, but I get intimidated easily!), and I finally got past my fears and just did it. It feels good! So congrats to you for crossing a few things off your list. :)

Also, I'm obsessed with the scarves you made and have visited your store on Etsy twice already today. Such great prices for such cute little projects!

    Now following as well! :)
